Frantic Films' commitment to quality and pursuit of excellence has been consistently rewarded with numerous awards and nominations since the company's inception in 1997. Frantic's work in the fields of visual effects, live action, documentary and commercial production have been recognized across North America. The company received two nominations for Academy Awards in 2006 (Superman Returns, Poseidon), an Emmy Award nomination in 1999 (Stephen King's Storm of the Century) and has won a 2006 Gemini Award (Til Debt Do Us Part), Accolade and Golden Sheaf Awards in 2007(Music Rising), as well as a number of other prestigious prizes.
