Biography – Jeff Peeler, Vice President and Executive Producer, Commercial Division

Jeff Peeler

A veteran of television and film, Jeff Peeler brings a wealth of industry experience to his dual roles in Frantic's Commercial Division. He joined the company after serving as the president and driving force behind Critical Madness Productions, a respected production house specializing in commercials, feature films and unscripted television. Along with Frantic CEO Jamie Brown, Jeff is also an alumnus of Credo Entertainment Corporation – where he was Vice President and producer in their commercial & lifestyle division.

Over the years, Jeff has produced award-winning commercials for clients such as Wal-Mart, Reader's Digest, MTV Worldwide, Manitoba Lotteries Corporation, Manitoba Public Insurance, Assiniboine Credit Union, Fort Garry Brewing Company, Warehouse One and the Government of Canada.

On the television front, Jeff was active in the development of series such as World's Greatest Spas which spawned 52 episodes that would ultimately be seen in 85 different countries. Jeff has also produced and directed segments for CTV's National News with Lloyd Robertson, YTV's The Anti-Gravity Room and CBC Manitoba's 24 Hours.

A current board member of the Manitoba Motion Picture Industry Association and a past president of the Winnipeg Film Group, Jeff also has several feature film credits under his belt. In 2001, he produced The Nature of Nicholas (the debut effort of Winnipeg filmmaker Jeff Erbach), and served as line-producer on Leaving Metropolis, the feature film adaptation of Brad Fraser's hit play Poor Super Man.

Drawing on this production experience, Jeff coordinates the vast resources available at Frantic animation, design, visual effects, live action, post production and multi-media technology to explore the unlimited possibilities of advertising.
